FAUNA
Fauna are alien life forms spread across the cradle worlds. Found anywhere from desert worlds to the depths of the sea, Fauna are adapted to their environment and have evolved to deal with the hazards in their habitats. Territorial by nature, many will only attack humans when their territory has been threatened. Due to the recent PHR activity on the Tlalocan moons, the number of human fatalities resulting from Megafauna activity has sharply increased.

HOSTILE
Many Fauna are naturally hostile towards humans, seeing them as either invasive to their territory or as a source of food. Daggers, Vampires, Maulers, and many others should be avoided whenever possible. Packs of these beasts can devastate human colonies with the extermination of the pack being the best option.
DOCILE
Not all Fauna are predatory by nature with some such as Bullhorns, being tranquil. Sadly docile species are rather rare with many still hunted for their valuable resources.
TLALOCAN MOONS
As the PHR detects and destroys Bioficer beacons on the moons surface they have encountered numerous hostile fauna breeds. Highly sensitive to noise and the incursion of the PHR, these beasts have been actively attacking and post-human encountered. Becoming increasingly hostile around the beacons themselves, it is unclear if the Fauna are more intelligent than initially considered.
